Asolo Chika Chukwu “AKA 2-Squad” is a hip hop rap artist from Nigeria who despite his humble beginnings in Africa is steadily becoming one of Atlanta’s sought after entertainers. His talents range from rapping, writing, acting, and even modeling. Because he understands the ups and downs of the entertainment industry, he aspires to help others by encouraging them to fulfill their dreams. Tragedy struck 2-Squad at the age of 13 when he lost his father, but years later that loss drove him to passionately pursue music. He is well traveled and has resided in France, Germany, and Holland. In 2003 he built his own recording studio to pursue his musical aspirations and began working on his first album. He completed his second album in 2005 only to have tragedy strike again when his studio burned down. Ever resilient, he reemerged as a rising hip hop star performing and promoting his freshman and sophomore projects throughout the eastern region of Africa. Since relocating to America, 2-Squad is aggressively pursuing acting as well as hip hop artistry and hopes to reach unparalleled levels of success.
